and Springbok rugby player Akona Ndungane are officially husband and wife. Akona & Siyanda tied the knot with a spectacular wedding designed by Anton P. Rautenbach from APR Bespoke Wedding Emporium & Lifestyle Atelier on Friday 28 November 2014. Akona’s identical twin brother Odwa Ndungane took his right full place as the best man at this glamorous affair attended by 260 of their closest friends and family. Akona currently plays for the Blue Bulls where his identical other halve Odwa Ndungane (also a springbok rugby) plays for the Natal Sharks. As one of South Africa’s most sought after bespoke jewelry designers, globally and nationally, Siyanda creator of Butter Jewellery attended the wedding of South African rugby player Pierre Spies and she was 110% sold on the work of APR Bespoke Wedding Emporium & Lifestyle Atelier. “I can remember thinking a lot about the uniqueness of their design, it was unlike anything I have ever seen before – so beautiful and unique. They captured who Pierre and Juanne was completely. But what impressed me most was when I found out that they they create everything themselves. They planned and directed the wedding with perfection. Impressive. You could see Pierre and Juanne and their lifestyle as a couple captured in every last detail”.
